Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Pour your artichoke heart into this amazing Spinach and Artichoke Dip recipe! Here's a delicious and super simple appetizer bake that's perfect to celebrate with! This a dish that tastes amazing especially when served with some crunchy pita chips, tortilla chips, or a toasty and warm baguette.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 (10 oz) pack frozen chopped spinach
  • 8 oz shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz grated parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Transfer to a 9x6 baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  • Preheat oven to 420F.
  • Bake covered for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake another 15 minutes. Enjoy with some pita chips, tortilla chips or toasted baguette!

Notes

Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe Tips

  • Make sure to drain your artichokes and feel free to chop them up for a finer texture.
  • Thaw out the frozen spinach and be sure to squeeze out any excess liquids.
  • This may take a few tries to get as much of the water out as possible.
  • For one less step, mix your ingredients directly in the baking dish and don't be afraid to use your hands to mix everything together.
  • Definitely double the recipe if serving for a larger crowd or party.
  • To make ahead, simply mix all of the ingredients and store in the fridge, covered, until ready to bake.
