Although antipasto dishes commonly consist of meat and cheese assortments, I personally prefer a fresh and wholesome salad to start off my dinners. That’s why I’ve created this delicious antipasto pasta salad recipe to begin your meals without being stuffed, although you may just want to eat this salad on its own from how good it is.

Ingredients
- 6 oz romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 oz jalapeño stuffed olives, halved
- 4 oz black olives
- 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 oz red onions, diced
- 3 oz pepperoncinis
- 3 oz seasoned croutons
- 3 oz cheese cubes (I use Gouda)
- 4 oz marinated artichokes
- 4 oz Ditalini pasta
- 1 cup Italian dressing

How to Make The Easiest Antipasto Salad
1. Cook the pasta in salted water then drain and let cool off completely.
2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta and all remaining ingredients. Mix well and serve!
