Prepare for a quick and easy, delicious and cheesy Garlic Parmesan Bread recipe! It’s great as a snack or side, especially amazing when served in company with pasta or salad. Try it out! All you need is 30 minutes and a couple of ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
What Can I Pair With This Garlic Parmesan Bread?
Just about anything you’d like! This is great to eat alone as a snack, but it’s an even better treat when served as an appetizer or side dish to a main course.
I personally love to add garlic parmesan bread to my pasta plates, soups, and salads. You really can’t get enough with it’s simple yet deliciously fragrant flavors.

Now that I’ve given you some tips, let’s get started on this crispy and cheesy Garlic Parmesan Bread!
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, softened at room temperature
- 1 head garlic, peeled
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1/4 cup + 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 loaf of French bread
- Paprika and parsley for topping

How to Make My Delicious Garlic Parmesan Bread
- Combine the garlic and olive oil in a small pot. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes. Take the garlic out when done and mash with fork, or use a small blender.
- In a bowl, combine the mashed garlic, softened butter, salt, parsley and 1/4 of the parmesan. Mix well.
- Cut your loaf of bread in half (use photo for reference) and top each piece with the butter. Then use the remaining 1 cup of parmesan to sprinkle on top. Follow up with a sprinkle of paprika and more parsley.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for about 8 minutes or until nicely browned. Make sure not to let it burn!
- Cut into pieces and enjoy with a good salad or some pasta, or on its own
Tip- if you don’t want to bake the loaf right away, follow all of the steps then cover with foil and store in fridge until ready to bake!
