Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Looking for a warm side dish that’s amazing for the incoming fall and holiday season? Try out these Roasted Parmesan Brussel Sprouts that you’ll want around most of your plate! 

This is a really easy meal that shouldn’t take you very long, especially if you’ve got other things cooking in your kitchen and your prep time is limited. All you need is just a couple of simple ingredients to serve some delicious Brussel sprouts. This recipe serves 4, so whether you’re planning on having a big dinner party or a small get-together, the measurements can be easily modified! 

Let’s start working on your new side dish specialty!

Ingredients

-16 oz Brussel Sprouts, cleaned and halved

-2 tbsp olive oil

-1/2 tsp salt

-1/4 tsp black pepper

-1 oz grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat your oven to 420℉ (approximately 216℃).

Meanwhile, place the halved Brussel sprouts onto a baking sheet. Then coat with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss the Brussel sprouts to spread and coat everything evenly!

Roast for 20-25 min, tossing again at the halfway mark.

Once ready, take out your Brussel sprouts, sprinkle them with the parmesan, and roast for another 5 min until the cheese is all nice and melted.

Now you’re ready to serve some spectacular sprouts that are perfect for the cooler seasons! The smell of this dish is just so amazing and warm, I feel like they’re a staple for holiday meals.
