Roasted Garlic

Are you a fan of garlic? I love garlic and I use it A LOT. If you haven’t tried Roasted Garlic, you’re missing out. Roasting garlic takes away a lot of that “smelliness” that people don’t like about garlic but adds so much flavor. You can add roasted garlic to so many meals or just mash it and use it as a spread on some toast. Try it if you haven’t.

Instructions for Making Roasted Garlic

1.) To start, take a whole head of garlic and peel the outer layers, leaving the cloves still intact. Then cut the top off.

2.) Wrap the garlic heads in foil and layer on a baking sheet. They’ll look like this when they are done.
